Diff::between() builds a unified diff between two byte strings.
RstFile::open() returns a path-backed document with source(), parsed(),
editor(), toRst(), diff(), save(), and saveAs(). Save operations use
fingerprint conflict detection and reject symbolic-link or non-regular targets.
