Overlay
overlay() draws another image over the source.

Edge cases
- The overlay is not resized. Resize it first when needed.
- Content outside the source canvas is clipped.
- Treat user-controlled paths as untrusted input.
Driver support
GD and Imagick support overlay() exactly.
